About the Speaking Engagement (lecture goals / learning outcomes)

As part of my 2026 goals in my role, I want to offer our Branch Managers (located all over the US) a chance for training/professional growth. My idea is to do quarterly Lunch and Learn type of management sessions around the topics below. This would be something about 60 minutes probably in May/June, Aug/Sept, Nov/Dec. No specific date as of yet.

We'd like to cover:

Conflict resolution
Leading with Integrity
Adapting communication to different audiences

We're open to different subjects, but that was the start of our idea. We all know how it goes when HR is trying to do training, they don't listen... so we're trying to bring in some new energy to bring some spark to them.

Type of Engagement

  • 31-60 Minutes
