About Me

I love people. Seeing others thrive and become more resilient and self-aware is important to me. My coaching practice includes helping others unlock passions, ideas, and truths needed to evoke awareness through communication training, diversity, and personal development coaching. I am a Certified Professional Diversity Coach through CoachDiversity Institute, and Gallup Certified Strengths Coach through Gallup, Inc.

I love working in the community. For the past eleven years, I've had the privilege of scaling my career from direct social service (ex. home visits for low-income families, assisting individuals with government assistance applications, and working face-to-face with some of the most vulnerable populations) to serving on the board of directors and founding several non-profit organizations

I love learning. In my home and work offices, you'll see books everywhere. Currently, I am a Doctoral student at the University of Southern California Rossier School of Education. This hybrid program of Organizational Change and Leadership allows me the privilege to learn with some of the brightest minds in the country. With these tools and learning, I look forward to gaining additional skills to advance equity and lead organizations on a major scale. #FightOn!
